3.6 Complaints
[10]Mydropz products, except for damaged goods, cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are food items. Mydropz accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they have not been used. Return shipping costs for accessories must be borne by the customer. Upon return, the customer will receive a voucher for the product's value.
